Shipping date

We will ship within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, we will deliver it to you in the shortest possible time.

Notes on refund and return of goods

【Return and Cancellation Policy】

Our policies for returns, cancellations and reservations are detailed below, with the aim of providing you with a satisfactory and transparent shopping experience.

Returns:

* We accept returns for customer convenience, however we recommend you check the details before contacting us.

* In case of return for customer convenience, we request the following:
- Please contact us within 3 days from the date of arrival of the product.
- Please provide your order ID, name and phone number in the inquiry form or email.
- Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return the product within 5 days from the date of inquiry.

* We cannot accept returns after 3 days.

* Refund will be processed for the price of the product, deducting the shipping fee.

* In case of an error or damage during delivery, by our store, please contact us within 3 days from the date of arrival of the product.

* Refunds will be made after receiving the product. The reimbursement method is through bank transfer, regardless of the payment method.

We appreciate your understanding in these processes.

Cancellations:

* We will accept cancellations if you contact us before the product is shipped.

* We cannot accept cancellations in the following cases:
- More than 1 day has passed since the product arrived.
- The condition of the product has changed since purchase, such as scratches, dirt, or odors.
- The cosmetic box and accessories have been damaged or discarded.

* If you return a product without prior communication, we will not be able to accept it. We always recommend you contact us.

* If you want to cancel after delivery, it will be considered as a return.

Bookings:

* We accept reservations for a period of one week.

* Contact us through the inquiry form, email or phone to make a reservation.

* Keep in mind that reservations will be kept in the system for the agreed time.

* If the reservation deadline passes, it will be automatically cancelled.
